What You Can Expect
This is the perfect way to discover all the island of Kos has to offer in just one day! With the help of your official guide, you will learn about history, mythology and the way of life on the island.
Your first stop will be Asklipieion, the most famous monument in Kos, located just outside city center. This is a healing temple, sacred to the god Asclepius.
Your second stop will be Zia, located in the foothills of the mountain Dikaios (3.3 miles / 846 meters). This is a typical Greek village with small white houses and plenty of shops for handmade Greek products. Continue to a winery and learn about the long history of wine and taste its rich heritage.
From Zia, you will travel to Antimahia in the center of the island, where you will visit a windmill, before continuing to Kefalos for lunch. Kefalos is the last village in the south of the island and has a panoramic view over the bay of Kamari.
Continuing to Kamari, you will have the opportunity to have a refreshing dip in the ocean before heading to Kardamena - the second biggest tourist resort on the island. You will have some free time to walk the small streets of the village, before returning to your hotel.
