We also evaluate the operator's customer-service procedures to make sure they meet our high standards, and verify their safety records and insurance coverage.
In all cases we test the products ourselves and the local operators have gone through a rigorous screening process. We continually review their performance, and any operators whose product or services fail to meet our standards are removed from our offering.
